The Drowned Market - an encounter taking place during a visit to a market in a small coastal town near to the location of our 5th level adventure Temple of the Forgotten Depths. This encounter is suitable for level 3 adventurers. 
 
Whilst browsing the market stalls, sinister creatures known as Drowned Ones rise from the ocean to try and drag people from the market down into the depths, transforming them into servants of the Deep One who now corrupts the Temple of the Forgotten Depths.
